Open an email sent from Ava
Scroll to the bottom of the email
Tap Unsubscribe
In the pop-up, you can choose which subscriptions to unsubscribe from or unsubscribe from all emails.
After you unsubscribe, it may take a few days for you to stop receiving emails from the mailing list.
