How do I manage my Ava Community Subscription?

Want to make any changes to your Ava Community Subscription? Here's how!

For iOS users via AppStore (iPhone, iPad, etc.)

1) Open "Settings"

2) Touch your name at the top of the screen.

3) Touch Subscriptions.

4) Touch Ava subscription

5) Use the options to manage your subscription.

You can choose another subscription offer or cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing period.


For Android users via Google Play
(smartphone/tablet)

Important! Uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your subscription to end your subscription. If you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged. If an app you've purchased a subscription for is removed from Google Play, your future subscription will be automatically canceled but past subscriptions will not be refunded.

Cancel subscription

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store application.

2. Make sure you're logged in to the right Google account.

3. Press Menu ≡ > Subscriptions

4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.

5. Tap Cancel subscription.

6. Follow the instructions.


Access after you cancel

When you cancel a subscription you will still have access to your subscription for the remainder of the time you have already paid for.

For example, if you purchased a one-year subscription on Jan. 1 for $10 and decide to cancel your subscription on July 1, you will have access to the subscription until Dec. 31. But you will not be charged another yearly subscription of $10 the following Jan. 1.


Restart or resubscribe to a canceled subscription

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store application.

2. Make sure you're logged in to the right Google account.

3. Press Menu ≡ > Subscriptions

4. Select the subscription you want to resubscribe

5. Tap Resubscribe.

6. Follow the instructions.

If your subscription is cancelled and has expired:

If you have cancelled your subscription and the time remaining on your subscription has expired, set up your subscription again.
