We offer support Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm CST. Expect a response within 24 business hours.


How to chat with support on Ava Mobile

  • 💬  Chat with our team by support team directly from your app! Simply go to Profile > Support > Ask a question.

  • ✉️  Email us on hello@ava.me, if you are experiencing a technical issue, email us at support@ava.me

  • 🎥  Make a video, and send it by email

    • On Mac, use command+shift+5 to record your screen

    • On Windows, use windows logo key+alt+R

    • Or simply use your phone to record your computer screen!

    • On iOS, use the Screen Recording feature in your Control Center

    • On Android, use the Screen Record in your Quick Panel

  • 🔵 Visit any of our Ava web pages and click the floating blue chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner. Click on it and start chatting instantly!

  • 👤 Visit our Facebook page and send us a message directly from Messenger!
