Download and install Ava by clicking here.
Log in using the method you chose when registering (Google, Mail, Phone, Facebook, Apple)
Launch the Ava software. By default, a floating banner session is launched.

5. In the left-hand menu, select "Ava Mic" as microphone. This will transcribe the sound from your PC:
For Zoom, Teams & Google Meet users: we recommend that you use Ava Connect, for greater ease and accuracy.

Ava software is free to download and use. With the free license you get unlimited credit in basic quality (each conversation limited to 40min).
For students, we offer the Ava Pro license, which gives you unlimited subtitling credit in Premium quality (95% accuracy), longer conversations (2h instead of 40min, perfect for classes) and many other features (live translation, recording of written transcripts, etc.)
This license can be taken over entirely by your school or university, so you won't have to pay anything.
