Ava contains many icons, settings, and features. To help you understand what they mean, we have broken them down based on each Ava platform!

&AvaName: This is your special Ava Name you can share with friends, family, colleagues, etc. If you click the box on the far right, your unique QR code makes it easy for others to find you!

Help Center: This takes you to our Ava Help page, which has a variety of articles on how to use Ava
Support: Connect with a Customer Support Specialist
Subscription: This tells you about your current subscription and how to upgrade your account.
Invite Friends: Invite friends to use Ava!
Profile: This is where you find information about your account
Transcripts: Transcripts saved from a conversation are stored here
Start Subtitles: Pushing this button will start a conversation
Contacts: This is where you find all of your saved Ava contacts
Discover: Find a variety of Help articles here
QR Code: Display your Ava QR Code for others to join a group conversation
Subscription Type: Find your subscription type and when it expires

Full Name: edit your visible name in Ava
Hearing Profile: choose between Hearing, Deaf, or Hard of Hearing
π§ Scribe Time: see your remaining Scribe time (this is a Paid feature)
Save Transcripts Automatically: Toggle between saving your captions into transcripts or not
Language: choose the spoken language your captions are being spoken in
Dark Mode: Toggle between dark and light mode
Vocabulary Boost: Add names and words you use more frequently to Ava to improve your caption accuracy
βContact Support: open a chat conversation with Team Ava for any questions
